Travel Days

Scary :)
this looks like Jacob Hanselman on a good day!!!!!! ( from Jake R)

We all got an early start on Friday! Our car pulled off for a Wild Animal Safari. All of us hand fed ostriches, buffalo, deer, emu, camels, goats, rams, and many more! Most animals chased the vehicle and where happy to help themselves to the food in our laps! It was exciting and terrifying at the same time.
Friday night we arrived in Oklahoma City. Many went to see the Oklahoma Bombing Memorial. It was a sobering experience.

This morning we headed to Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was a long ride but had some short pit-stops and sang silly songs. Along the way we got billions of gorgeous pictures of the mountains. We saw the largest cross in the western hemisphere too. After everyone arrived, we traveled to Sandia Peak. It is the longest tramway in the world! People were stuffed into a little box to zoom upon a bumpy wire. At the top it was super windy and mighty cold. Us girls got a picture by the exact spot that we were struck by lightning!

So far we all have remembered and made new memories. :)
